Antonio Brown remains a free agent and made an appearance on 102.5 The Bone on Friday to share his hopes of returning to the NFL in 2020. While highlighting his hopeful future, Brown spoke about where he'd want to play next season after the Tampa Bay Buccaneers signed Tom Brady.

“I’d be really grateful if I had the opportunity to play in Tampa Bay, to play anywhere,” Brown said. “Obviously to play with Tom Brady would be an extreme honor. You know his quality of leadership. You know the want to win. Anytime you can be around a guy like that, man, it’s an extreme honor. You know you’re going to have opportunity to do something exciting.”

When pressed for where he wants to play, Brown said “preferably with Tom.”

Nearly a year ago, Brown was traded to the Oakland, now Las Vegas Raiders, after a fallout with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Then, after being a distraction with the Raiders, he was released before he even played a game for the Raiders.

Following his release, the All-Pro wideout signed with the New England Patriots to catch passes from Brady. In his lone game with the Patriots, Brown caught four passes for 56 yards and a touchdown from Brady. However, New England would part ways with Brown amid sexual-assault allegations that were made against him.

Earlier this offseason, it was revealed that Brown and Brady remain in contact despite their short stint together, being linked as a package in free agency. Of course, Bruce Arians, the head coach of the Buccaneers, coached Brown in Pittsburgh for his first two seasons. While Brown seems open to joining any team that is willing to give him a chance, he'd prefer it be with Brady in Tampa Bay.
