We've got a lot of work and we're putting into it. We didn't have the benefit of the offseason program and training camp so we're going to continue to be a work in progress and try to get better every week, every day, every meeting, every walkthrough, every time we get to talk about football and figure out how to put all the pieces together which we're working on a daily basis. It's a great organization and I've loved every minute that I've been here. Although losing a game against the Saints, we've had a lot of great days,” Brady said.
The partnership between Brady and the Bucs has been promising thus far. After suffering a 34-24 opening game loss to the New Orleans Saints, the gunslinger was able to lead his team to two-straight victories.
The Buccaneers rolled past another division rival in the Carolina Panthers via a 31-17 winning effort followed by a 28-10 triumph against the undermanned Denver Broncos. On the other hand, the Chargers currently hold a 1-2 record and sit in third place in the AFC West division.
Tom Brady and the rest of the Bucs will get better as the season progresses and will be more dangerous once they get to fit all the pieces together. The team will aim to continue their winning ways as they host the Chargers on October 4.
