The Tennessee Titans got whooped by the Houston Texans on Sunday. Their winning streak comes to an end and they still hold first place in the AFC. Even so, Tennessee is banged up and it was feared AJ Brown might have suffered a serious injury during Sunday's game against Houston.

According to Ian Rapoport, “AJ Brown, who left yesterday's game early with a chest injury had negative X-Rays on his ribs.” It's not ideal for Brown to have an injury right now, as the Titans will need him in their next game against the New England Patriots. However, it seems Tennessee's star receiver will be good to go.

Even so, Rapoport also claims, “He'll have more tests today and those can sometimes show more damage.” Titans fans can breathe a sigh of relief for now, as the initial tests didn't show anything. However, it's important to keep an eye on AJ Brown, as the additional tests could reveal something more serious.

We'll have to wait and see what happens. For now, the Titans are confident AJ Brown will be available for the Patriots game. This franchise is beaten up right now, as Tennessee has dressed down more players than anyone else in the league due to injuries. Luckily for them, their bye week comes up in Week 13, where the Titans will receive much-needed rest.

It'll be interesting to see how this next game pans out for the Titans. The Patriots are on fire right now and Tennessee's morale might have taken a hit after being spanked by the Texans. Hopefully AJ Brown is fine, as they need him to be ready to go against New England.
