The Tennessee Titans were searching free agency for help at the kicker position and they landed upon Stephen Gostkowski. After signing the long-time kicker of the New England Patriots on Thursday, Gostkowski's new contract details have been revealed, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

The Titans brought Gostkowski in for a workout last week for a chance to make the roster. While there weren't many reports on how his workout went, Tennessee seemingly liked what they saw from the veteran placekicker.

Following the release of Greg Joseph to make room for Gostkowski, the Titans are inking him to a one-year deal worth $2.75 million. The contract could reach a value of $3.25 million if Gostkowski converts on a certain number of his field goals.

The quota that Gostkowski has to achieve remains to be seen. With that being said, he's made 87.4 percent of the field goals he's taken in his career. Provided that, if he's healthy, Gostkowski should have no trouble earning his incentive. Gostkowski was released by New England this offseason after undergoing season-ending hip surgery in 2019.

During his career with the Patriots, Gostkowski was one of the most reliable kickers in the NFL. The Memphis product spent 14 seasons in New England, making 374 field goals and 653 extra-point tries.

Above all, he remains the No. 1 all-time scoring leader in Patriots' franchise history. He's scored 617 more points in his career than legendary Patriots kicker, Adam Vinatieri. With Gostkowski's contract information released, his signing with the Titans is officially official.
