The Tennessee Titans are currently taking on the Miami Dolphins in Week 17. A victory allows Tennessee to clinch the AFC South for a second consecutive season in a row. However, it appears this team will be without MyCole Pruitt for the remainder of the year after suffering a gruesome injury in the first half.
According to Dianna Russini, MyCole Pruitt was carted off the field. After the play ended, Pruitt could be seen slamming his fist on the ground as he was in excruciating pain. His right foot was pointing in the wrong direction and the Titans' staff immediately covered it with a towel.
Tough scene in Nashville. MyCole Pruitt is on the ground. Cart is out. Titans staff all around him. The entire stadium is standing up.

MyCole Pruitt isn't a superstar name, but he plays a vital role for the Titans. Tennessee utilizes a run-first offense and he's been a phenomenal run blocker for this team. Losing him could be crucial for their playoff run, as this franchise aims to win their first Super Bowl.
We'll see how it plays out. The franchise is hopeful that Derrick Henry will return soon. If so, the loss of MyCole Pruitt won't be as big of a deal. Regardless, the Titans have been dealing with injuries all year, as they've had more injuries on their roster than any other team in NFL history.
The Titans go into halftime with a 17-3 lead over the Dolphins. It's shaping up to be a big win for Tennessee, but the loss of MyCole Pruitt will be on their minds. His presence on the field was valuable and now this team must move forward without him. Hopefully, Pruitt's recovery is smooth and he bounces back for next season.
