What started out as a bit of a joke has now evolved into a full-blown campaign to have IHOP add some Morgan Moses Pancakes on its menu. Fans of the Washington Football Team tackle have literally been urging IHOP to create a Moses-inspired pancake dish, and as it turns out, the giant breakfast chain has taken notice.
As a matter of fact, an IHOP spokesperson has confirmed that a potential Moses and IHOP tie-up is already in the works (via Peter Hailey of NBC Sports Washington).
“We have some of the most devoted fans in the world, so it’s been fun to witness this grassroots campaign grow amongst the equally passionate fanbase of Morgan and the Washington Football Team. We would love to meet with Morgan to discuss how we might partner to deliver a holiday wish for all of his supporters. We’ve already reached out to his team, and hope to hear back soon. Folks should stay tuned on our social channels for any new developments on this. HTTWFT!”
The movement has gotten so much steam that IHOP has decided to jump on the highly marketable opportunity to promote its brand. Hopefully, things will go syrupy so we can all taste some Morgan Moses Pancakes.
Moses hits them back soon, and we are all treated to some Moses Pancakes. We can only imagine what that's going to look like.
There are more than a few matters going on right now with the Washington Football Team, but clearly, this has to be the most important development within the squad.
