The Denver Nuggets have had a relatively quiet offseason as they pretty much retained some key pieces from last season. They also added Jeff Green who was a key contributor for the Brooklyn Nets. He showed the world his versatility as he was often Brooklyn's center in small-ball lineups.

One notable moment is the hiring of Jason Terry as the new head coach of the Nuggets' new G-League affiliate, The Grand Rapids Gold.

via Mike Singer:

This will be the first head-coaching job of the former NBA Champion as Terry served as an assistant coach for the Arizona Wildcats for their 2020-21 season.

The Nuggets' G-League team will get a coach who has 3-point shooting as his priority on the offensive end since Terry is one of the best 3-point shooters in NBA history. He drained 2282 3-pointers, good for seventh in the all-time list.

It will not be long enough until the Nuggets promote Terry to their NBA team. They are just grooming Terry to be ready for the brighter lights on the NBA stage.

Jason Terry is a legend for the Dallas Mavericks as he helped them win their first title in franchise history. Terry was the Mavs' sixth man but he still averaged 17.5 points, 3.2 assists, and 1.2 steals despite coming off the bench.

The Nuggets will look to contend for the title again next season with Jamal Murray returning after a season-ending injury that left a huge hole on the offensive end as  MVP Nikola Jokic could not carry all the scoring load.
