The Denver Nuggets found a way to stay alive in the NBA Playoffs after defeating the Golden State Warriors in Game 4. This victory allowed Denver to avoid getting swept, but they must win three straight games to avoid elimination. Although the team has an uphill battle, one player isn't shying away from making bold statements.

According to ESPNMonte Morris had some choice words for the Warriors. Even though the Nuggets are down 1-3 in the series, the veteran guard is feeling confident in his team's current position. He claims, “There is no pressure on us. I think Game 3 and 4 has been our best basketball, how physical we want to be, we displayed that.”

Although the odds are against the Nuggets, Denver seems relaxed with their situation. A loss results in elimination, while a win keeps them alive. Morris believes the pressure is on the Warriors, as Golden State must win one more time to close out the series. Monte Morris explains his thought process a bit further, per ESPN.

“Going back there, we see they're beatable. They're a helluva team. But when we play our style of basketball and make it tough and make them see bodies — they are going to make tough shots — but we know if we play our brand of basketball and bring the energy, we give ourselves a chance. And that is why I think it is going to be different going back,” Nuggets guard Monte Morris.

We'll see how Game 5 plays out. The series goes back to Golden State where the Warriors have a chance to close out the series in front of their home crowd. Considering this team is loaded with superstar talent with championship experience, the Nuggets need to be rolling on all cylinders to steal another win to keep their playoff hopes alive.
