The Indiana Pacers are in a must-win situation as they don't want to fall to a 0-3 deficit to the Boston Celtics. It'll be a tough task without Tyrese Haliburton, as other players on the roster will have to step up big to get this win. But at the very least, Pat McAfee fired up the crowd and the team with an electric intro before tip-off.

Someone handed McAfee the mic and he did what he does best. The former NFL punter turned sports personality hyped up the Indy crowd with an NSFW message. He didn't hold back at all as the Pacers need as much energy as possible if they hope to beat the Celtics.

“This s*** ain’t over yet!”

To be fair, the Pacers are still very much in this series. Although they're down 0-2 heading into Game 3, they have a real chance to get back in the win column. No team in league history has ever come back from 0-3, so this is a must-win scenario for Indiana. When you think about it that way, it's no wonder Pat McAfee lit a fire under the Indy crowd.

The good news is the Pacers are playing relatively well without Haliburton in the lineup. There is still the entire second half to go as of this publishing. But Indiana is doing a great job keeping up with Boston. Game 3 is a pivotal moment for both franchises but the Pacers clearly won't go down without a fight.

Can the Pacers advance to the NBA Finals?

Indiana has their hands full right now as the Celtics finished the regular season with the best record in the league. Boston has looked unstoppable throughout this postseason and it's hard to imagine they don't go to the NBA Finals. However, the Pacers are putting up a decent fight and they've made a run to the Eastern Conference Finals for a reason.

If Indiana wants to win this series they have to win Game 3 first. If they can do that then they'll give themselves a chance to pull off the upset. That'll allow Tyrese Haliburton to come back in Game 4 to possibly tie up the series. That would be the best-case scenario for this Pacers team.

Being down 0-2 isn't ideal. But we've seen teams come back from that deficit before. Additionally, the Pacers have a roster that plays much better than their sixth-seed ranking in the playoffs. Especially with Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner leading the way with Tyrese Haliburton sidelined.

There is still plenty of time for the Pacers to get back in this series. We could be in store for a dramatic finish. But overall, Indiana has to find a way to survive to keep their championship hopes alive.
