Green Bay Packers fans, read carefully: Aaron Rodgers doesn't want you doing the wave on Sunday when facing the Minnesota Vikings. It's his one request.

You know, that celebration that the entire stadium ends up doing where everybody puts the hands in the air then down as they pass off to the next to make it look like a wave? Rodgers doesn't want that.

“My only ask is that we don’t do the wave when we’re on offense,” said Rodgers on Wednesday, via Matt Schneidman of The Athletic.

Luckily, for those clamoring to do the wave, Rodgers didn't say anything about not doing it while the team is on defense.

While Rodgers is at it — taking away fan's wave privileges — he's also vying to take down the beer prices at Lambeau Field. In an attempt to get the crowd loud, Rodgers suggested during the preseason to slash down beer prices from the regular of $8.25 for 16-ounce domestic.

“I’m up for anything that’s gonna get the fans as loud as possible. Maybe slash some beer prices or something, would be a good idea,” said Rodgers, via Pro Football Talk.

If Rodgers can cut down on both the wave and beer prices, Green Bay may as well give him the keys to the city.

In reality, Rodgers wants the stadium to be quiet when they should be and loud when they need to be. With the Packers playing five of their next at home, the quarterback will serve as the ultimate judge in the toning down of the wave.
