The Green Bay Packers defeated the Minnesota Vikings on Monday, walking away with their 12th win and first NFC North Division championship in three years. Following the victory, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur delivered a Christmas gift to the team, giving them the day off on Wednesday.

In a video captured by the team, Lafleur is seen telling the team Merry Christmas, before he lets them know they’ll be off on Christmas. From there, the team erupted, and Aaron Rodgers lifted up the coach as the team celebrated around him.

The Packers certainly do have a lot to celebrate this season, as they’ve returned to the playoffs for the first time since 2016, and are one win away from securing a first-round bye in the NFC. Green Bay also secured its first victory in U.S. Bank Stadium on Monday, where a 23-10 victory over the Vikings made the Packers look a bit better than how many have perceived them to be over the last couple of weeks.

With Christmas off and the end of the season almost here, the Packers will have to get ready quickly for their final game, when they’ll travel to Detroit to take on the Lions. A victory would secure them the second seed in the NFC, but a win combined with a Seahawks victory over the San Francisco 49ers would gift the Packers the number one seed in the conference, which would be quite the Christmas gift for a team that was suffering through a losing season last year.
