At long last, the start of the 2019 NFL season doesn't seem so far away. The league released the full schedule for next season Wednesday night, and we finally know when the New England Patriots will be playing their biggest games. New England is coming off yet another Super Bowl win and has some huge games on the schedule, including some high-profile rematches.

Jeff Howe and Nick Underhill of The Athletic leaked the full schedule before it's release, via Patriots beat writer Andrew Callahan.

In Week 14, the Patriots will host the Kansas City Chiefs in one of the most anticipated matchups of the season. In these past playoffs, the Patriots went into Arrowhead Stadium and defeated the Chiefs in overtime in an instant-classic AFC Championship Game. New England also won a shootout in the regular season in Foxborough, so these teams are quite familiar with each other. Tom Brady vs. Patrick Mahomes will never not be exciting. This one should go down to the wire just like each of the first two matchups.

The Patriots will host the Cleveland Browns in a game that would have been pretty boring just a couple of years ago. Now the new-look Browns are suddenly one of the most hyped teams in the league, and this game should be compelling. Baker Mayfield and Odell Beckham Jr. will confront New England, armed with a chance to make a huge statement. The Patriots will surely be eager to knock the Browns down a peg and kill off some of the hype.

The Pittsburgh Steelers bested the Patriots last year, and New England will try to make sure the Steelers don't do it twice in a row when New England hosts Pittsburgh in Week 1. This could be one of the last times we get to see this storied Ben Roethlisberger-Tom Brady matchup, so we should all make sure to cherish it.

The Patriots will have a chance to avenge two Super Bowl losses when the New York Giants take a trip to New England in Week 6. These teams play once every four years, so we don't get to see this very often. Eli Manning has defeated the Patriots in both of his Super Bowl wins, and this is very likely his last season as the Giants' starter. This is almost certainly the last time we'll see Brady and Manning play against each other, so it should be a good one.
