Now-former Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Henry Ruggs III has been making headlines as of late for all the wrong reasons. Ruggs was recently involved in a fatal car crash that took the life of a 22-year-old woman and her dog. Now, more chilling details about the accident have been revealed.
A TikTok clip is currently making its rounds on social media. The video revealed that the ex-Raiders star was heavily intoxicated when the crash happened. Even the presiding judge himself could not believe the gruesome nature of the accident:

Videos of Ruggs having a good time moments before the crash have now emerged and they serve as some pretty damning evidence against the former Raiders WR. Ruggs is seen in the video playing golf while also having alcoholic drinks. As the report states, his blood-alcohol level after the crash was twice the legal limit in Las Vegas.
Our heart goes out to Tina Tintor and her family. She was the innocent victim in this tragedy that lost her life all because of what appears to be irresponsible actions by Henry Ruggs III. For their part, the Raiders have since parted ways with the former first-round pick. Ruggs could face up to 46 years in prison if convicted.
