The Los Angeles Rams (9-5) face off against the Seattle Seahawks (10-4) on Sunday, in a pivotal NFC West matchup that could clinch the division for Seattle.

Within the clash of contenders will be a juicy one-on-one matchup between Rams All-Pro cornerback Jalen Ramsey and Seahawks wide receiver, the second time the two stars have faced off this season.

Ramsey bested the second-year wideout in Week 10 — a 23-16 Rams win. Metcalf had one of his least productive outings of 2020 in that game, as Ramsey limited him to two catches on four targets for 28 yards. Metcalf is averaging 5.3 receptions and 87.4 yards per game through 14 games.

Considering his past success — and his general confidence — Ramsey isn't too worried about his assignment this Sunday. In fact, he's relishing the opportunity to shut down one of the sport's most electric players.

“I live for these type of matchups,” Rams star Jalen Ramsey said, via Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic. “I was brought here to stop guys like him.”

The Rams will be looking to bounce back from a brutal loss to the New York Jets in Week 15. Sean McVay's squad will need to beat the Seahawks on Sunday in order to stay in the hunt for a division crown. The Rams face the Arizona Cardinals in Week 17.

In other news, Jalen Ramsey made a $10,000 donation on Wednesday to the “Spark of Love” toy drive in the Southern California area, which will help deliver toys and Christmas presents to kids in need.

It's fair to assume he won't be feeling quite as generous against DK Metcalf, Russell Wilson, and the Seattle offense this Sunday.
