Los Angeles Rams fans were treated to the biggest news of the NFL season on Tuesday evening when star cornerback Jalen Ramsey was traded from the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Rams. The defensive back has wanted out of Jacksonville for weeks now and was finally granted his wish.

Speaking on Uninterrupted moments after the trade, Ramsey stated how elated he was to learn he would be a member of the reigning NFC champions. Not being one to hold anything back, Ramsey explained how he wanted to show Los Angeles exactly why they gave up two first-round picks for the fourth year corner.

Ramsey has the potential to change an entire defense by taking away the opposing team's best receiver or take away half the field, daring quarterbacks to throw his way. The only man happier then Ramsey is defensive coordinator Wade Phillips who will have no problem implementing Ramsey in a defense that already features Aaron Donald and Aqib Talib.

With Talib and Ramsey in the secondary, the Rams will without a doubt have the best trash-talking secondary in the league in addition to being able to shut down most passing attacks.

The Rams have hit a skid the past few weeks but making a splash of this caliber can help rejuvenate the swagger they held last season.
