Odell Beckham Jr. has officially joined the Los Angeles Rams, and ESPN's Jeremy Fowler says the plan is for him to be a part of practice on Friday in at least “some capacity” after he passes his physical. While it still seems like a bit of a long shot for Beckham to play against the San Francisco 49ers on Monday Night Football, the Rams aren't ruling it out.

Here's Beckham landing in Los Angeles:

Beckham signed with the Rams on Thursday in a rather drama-filled process that also featured the Green Bay Packers as a finalist. While the veteran wide receiver was apparently torn between the two choices, he wound up choosing Los Angeles.

Beckham is now hoping for things to go better with the Rams than they did with the Cleveland Browns. Beckham and Baker Mayfield were never able to get on the same page, so we'll see if Beckham and Matthew Stafford can have greater success.

The veteran wide receiver is joining a loaded roster on both sides of the ball, with Beckham and Von Miller representing two massive moves in the last couple of weeks. Cooper Kupp and Robert Woods are already in place as stud wideouts, so Beckham just gives the Rams another prolific target for Stafford.

Los Angeles is 7-2 on the season after an uncharacteristically ugly loss to the Tennessee Titans. Despite this, the Rams are a clear Super Bowl contender.
