Matthew Stafford has officially joined Instagram. The Los Angeles Rams quarterback has never had a social media presence but has decided to get an Instagram account at age 34.

Stafford's first ever post features him showing off his Super Bowl ring and standing next to his wife with the caption “She’s a real beauty.” The Rams QB tagged his wife, who is pictured off to the side of him in the picture.

The 2022 offseason has been a big one for Stafford. He celebrated his first ever Super Bowl win, signed a huge extension with Los Angeles worth up to $160 million, starred in an AT&T commercial, made a cameo appearance in a trailer for the new Top Gun film and joined social media. After 12 years with the lowly Detroit Lions, Stafford is enjoying his time in the national spotlight.

The Rams also had a very big offseason. They brought in new stars like Bobby Wagner and Allen Robinson but also lost Von Miller, Darious Williams, Austin Corbett and Johnny Hekker, amid others, to free agency while trading Robert Woods. Los Angeles inked new deals with Stafford, Cooper Kupp and Aaron Donald as they look to repeat next season.

Stafford's growing confidence within the Rams offense should excite fans and give Los Angeles a very good chance to repeat as champions. If he cuts back on the interceptions, LA could improve on offense despite losing key free agents.
