The Toronto Raptors will be facing a familiar Eastern Conference foe on Saturday as they begin their first-round series against the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA Playoffs. To be honest, there isn't a clear-cut favorite here because of how well the Raptors have played against Joel Embiid and Co. this season, winning three out of four meetings. Of course, the two teams also battled it out in one of the most epic postseason series ever en route to Toronto's championship in 2019.

Ahead of Game 1, OG Anunoby explained why his squad will be far from an easy out for any team, including the Sixers.

Via Josh Lewenberg of TSN:

“I think we're just a different team. There's not another team like us. We're very unique and I think that makes us special. It will be tough to play against us.”

The Raptors have a very nice mix of experience and young talent, with the likes of Anunoby, Fred VanVleet, and Pascal Siakam all around for their title run. These guys know what it takes to succeed in the playoffs, while others like rookie Scottie Barnes and the new and improved Gary Trent Jr are making a statement.

Toronto has the size and strength to keep up with the Sixers inside but they also have shooters. Plus, Nick Nurse's squad finished the regular season with an 8-2 record in their last 10 games. The Raptors have a serious chance to come out of this first-round matchup, but it won't be easy. That being said, Anunoby and the squad believe in their abilities to get it done and shock Philly.
