The Baltimore Ravens aren't just winning games; they are blowing the doors off of their opponents.
On Monday night, the Ravens routed the Los Angeles Rams by a score of 45-6, giving them their third straight win by at least 34 points. That makes them the first team in the Super Bowl era to win three consecutive games in such a fashion:
Baltimore got its run started by routing the Cincinnati Bengals by a score of 49-13 in Week 10. Then, last week, the Ravens dominated the Houston Texans to the tune of 41-7.
While beating the 0-11 Bengals isn't exactly something to be incredibly proud of, the Ravens' last two wins have been very impressive, as both the Texans and Rams were playoff teams last year and are each above .500 this season.
Baltimore has won seven straight games overall to improve to 9-2 on the year, also defeating the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots — two of the best teams in the NFL — during this stretch.
The Ravens' last loss came back on Sept. 29, when they fell to the Cleveland Browns.
Going forward, Baltimore's schedule does not get a whole lot easier, as it will host the NFC-best San Francisco 49ers next Sunday before heading on the road to take on the Buffalo Bills on Dec. 8.
The Ravens will then get the New York Jets, Browns and Pittsburgh Steelers over their last three weeks of the regular season, with two of those games being at home.
Baltimore appears to be well on its way to locking down a first-round bye in the AFC playoffs.
