Despite becoming the final pick in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft in addition to serving as the fifth quarterback selected, Baltimore Ravens signal-caller Lamar Jackson has already turned into a tremendous talent under center. In just his second year in the league last year, Jackson led the Ravens to the best regular-season record, and top seed in the AFC come playoff time en route to becoming the 2019 NFL MVP.

As a result of his early success, it is no surprise that fans from throughout the league have already latched on to Jackson as a superstar in the making. Unfortunately for Jackson and company, though, the Ravens' playoff push barely last one game in 2019. Despite serving as the No. 1 seed in the AFC, receiving a first-round bye, and having home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, Baltimore lost its first playoff game while only scoring 12 points in front of the hometown fans. The red-hot Tennessee Titans defeated the Ravens by the score of 28-12 in the divisional round of the playoffs, with the postseason currently serving as the only aspect of NFL life that Jackson has yet to excel at.

However, the Ravens' starting signal-caller has only been in the league for two seasons and is currently just 23 years old. Already a league MVP and a successful postseason quarterback, 2020 could be the year that Jackson puts together the final piece of the puzzle. In that case, the rest of the NFL better watch out for the Ravens.
