In bringing Kevin Durant to the Bay, the Golden State Warriors are going to look quite different on the back half of their roster next season. They've landed solid replacements for cheap deals in Zaza Pachuila and David West, but in the process, they've lost or parted ways with Harrison Barnes, Andrew Bogut, Leandro Barbosa, Festus Ezeli, and now Marreese Speights.

Speights, who brought energy off the bench for the Dubs with 7.1 points per game and a career best 38.7 shooting percentage from beyond the three-point line, is now joining their California rival, the Los Angeles Clippers:

Before Golden State brought in David West, they could've kept Speights. However, that option was lost when the former Pacers power forward signed.

The Clippers have re-signed both Austin Rivers and Jamal Crawford to come off one of the deeper benches in the NBA, and adding Speights makes losing Cole Aldrich less taxing.

Speights' unique ability to crash the glass while expanding opposing defenses with his outside shooting proved valuable for the Warriors, and it should be no different in Los Angeles.
