Last night, the Houston Rockets shocked the NBA world with their 97-96 victory over the Golden State Warriors.
Yes, the Dubs were without MVP Stephen Curry, but many analysts still didn't give Houston a chance of winning a single game.
Include Charles Barkley in that bunch, literally writing off Games 5-7 for the Rockets-Warriors series from being possible on Inside the NBA.
Barkley has criticized Rockets GM Daryl Morey in the past for his reliance on analytics and small ball. Yesterday, it was actually their CEO Tad Brown who criticized Barkley's play during his time with the franchise.
@dfbarron Charles would know, his entire rockets career was fake hustle

Instead of responding to Chuck, Morey took to social media to express his displeasure with a couple of calls, or lack thereof, by the officials in Game 3.
The first referenced a second quarter play in which Andrew Bogut got locked up in an arm bar with Dwight Howard.
Golden State also almost got key arm bar submission here-would have ended match in 1st half https://t.co/LUegzP2uCN https://t.co/3LjsfYmnfj

Then, Morey responded to a video of Draymond Green mauling Michael Beasley in the very final second of the game.
should have been Golden State win – takedown is worth 2 points https://t.co/28TTy1pKCG https://t.co/8wonKWgvFb

Usually you don't have a front office acting in this manner; it's actually quite entertaining.
Meanwhile, their players are keeping quite on Barkley's criticism. That is, for now at least.
