The possibility of WWE Undisputed Champion Roman Reigns leaving WWE is making the rounds in the rumor mill, thanks to Reigns' own cryptic remarks.

Roman Reigns was present in Trenton, New Jersey, in Saturday night's house show leading to WrestleMania Backlash.

Roman Reigns Leaving WWE?

In the upcoming premium live event, Roman Reigns is scheduled to face Raw Tag Team Champions RKBro and Drew McIntyre while tagging with his cousins SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in a three-man tag team match. This program will have him collide with Drew McIntyre, one of WWE's biggest faces at the moment, in what could probably lead to another title run for the Scottish Psychopath. However, while these bookings seem to suggest that WWE has a long storyline booked for Reigns for the foreseeable future, Reigns' remarks in house shows recently have fans thinking the opposite:

Roman Reigns addressed the crowd at the house show in New Jersey. His speech was captured by a fan who managed to take a video of Reigns' promo. In his promo, Reigns says:

“I've been here many times, you know what I'm saying? I've been here a couple of times in the past 10 years. And I'm starting to work into a new phase in my career, and I honestly don't know if I'll be back here again. If that's the case, I just wanna say thank you for all these years of support,” says WWE Undisputed World Champion Roman Reigns.

In spite of being a heel, Reigns' promo got him cheers from the fans, who openly showed their adoration of the Tribal Chief. However, Reigns' cryptic message is making fans question whether or not he is still here to stay. The longest-reigning WWE Universal Champion has previously made comments about how WrestleMania Hollywood could be his final appearance on the grandest stage of them all as a full-time competitor, and many speculate that Reigns' heartfelt messages to crowds in house shows indicate that he might be making good on this promise.

Roman Reigns has been one of WWE's top stars and is considered to be a megastar not only in the wrestling world but also in mainstream media. He has accumulated a vast amount of wealth during his time in WWE, and his health issues might be one of the reasons why Roman Reigns is leaving WWE. If he does end up retiring after WrestleMania 39, he would be retiring at the age of 36 years old, which is still young for a professional wrestler or sports entertainer.

In whatever case, Roman Reigns is already a made man. We're sure that he will find success whether or not he continues wrestling in WWE or AEW or if he quits WWE and finally decides to go full-time as a Hollywood star like his cousin Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The man is oozing with charisma when left to do his thing, and the shine on his star hasn't fully faded yet.
