Bruce Arians hasn't shied away from criticizing Tom Brady when he struggles with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this season. During an episode of ESPN's Get Up, ESPN's Dan Graziano spoke about the potential rift between Arians and Brady.

“There’s a lot of theories, obviously it was supposed to work better than this, but one of them is that there is real tension,” Graziano said. “Bruce Arians and Tom Brady just met, right, it’s almost like Arians was watching some sort of movie star action-hero, and then met him in person and said, ‘I thought you’d be bigger.'”

Following Monday night's loss to the Los Angeles Rams, Arians shared that Brady seems to be ‘confused' with certain looks defenses are showing him. He also revealed that he believes there is a continuity issue with Brady and Tampa Bay's offense right now.

Brady finished Monday night's narrow defeat to the Rams with 216 yards, two touchdowns, and two costly interceptions. His second interception came on the final drive in the game when he floated an off-target pass to Cameron Brate.

While Tom Brady is still figuring things out with his new team, he's still playing well aside from a few hiccups this season. The 43-year-old quarterback has thrown for 2,955 yards, 25 touchdowns, and nine interceptions in 11 games.

Also, the Buccaneers are still 7-4 and are positioned to make the playoffs for the first time since the 2007 season. Despite the success they have had, Tampa Bay may have a situation worth monitoring between Bruce Arians and Brady moving forward.
