New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara is focused on coming back even stronger for his fourth year in the NFL. The 24-year-old has been doing a lot of strength and conditioning workouts to prepare himself for the Saints' upcoming training camp for the 2020 NFL regular season and things seem to be going well for the young offensive powerhouse.

Yesterday's workout was a little more challenging than usual, as seen in a Twitter video posted by Physical Therapist Dr. Reef.

That's some gravity-defying moves from the 2017 Rookie of the Year.

Stay with me because things are about to get complicated. Kamara was balancing on one foot, with a tennis ball on each hand and was asked to throw the ball up in the air, catch a multi-color rod according to the specific color the PT would be shouting out, throw it back to the trainer before the tennis ball falls back on his hand. Talk about taking hand-eye coordination to the next level.

Kamara has been on a tear as one of the main running backs in New Orleans. After being picked in the third round of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Georgia native proved his doubters wrong and had himself quite an impressive rookie stint. He has been named to the Pro Bowl in all of his three years in the league and has proved to be quite the compliment to quarterback Drew Brees' passing game.

And, with workouts like this, it seems that the young running back is hungry to keep adding different skills to his arsenal. It's definitely an exciting time to be a Saints fan.
