Seattle Seahawks defensive linemen Jadeveon Clowney and Ezekiel Ansah are questionable for their team's game against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, per the Seahawks' injury report.
Clowney is dealing with a core muscle injury that he suffered during the Seahawks' Week 11 win over the San Francisco 49ers. He missed Week 12, but returned this past Monday in a victory over the Minnesota Vikings.
He was productive in his first game back from the injury, logging three tackles, a quarterback hit and a forced fumble. Also, he was participated in practice this week, so it's looking like Clowney will be able to suit up against the Rams.
Meanwhile, Ansah sustained a neck injury against the Vikings and has been limited in practice.
It's not the first time Ansah has dealt with a health issue this season, as he was sidelined while recovering from shoulder surgery over the first couple of weeks of the 2019 campaign.
The Seahawks acquired both pass rushers during the offseason, signing Ansah back in May and then swinging a deal to land Clowney in a trade with the Houston Texans shortly before the regular season began.
Clowney has tallied 28 tackles, three sacks, an interception, four forced fumbles, a couple of fumble recoveries and a pair of defensive touchdowns thus far this season.
Ansah has not been quite as productive, but he has still had an impact, registering 15 tackles, 2.5 sacks, two forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries in nine games.
Seattle is 10-2 on the season and has leaped ahead of the San Francisco 49ers for first place in the NFC West.
