Seattle Seahawks superstar quarterback Russell Wilson went ahead and had himself a ridiculous game in Week 9.

Going up against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Wilson reminded everyone why he is a front-runner for the MVP this season.

The quarterback completed 29-of-43 pass attempts for 378 yards and five touchdowns. The last of those came with just over six minutes left in overtime, a walk-off touchdown to Jacob Hollister.

Wilson's big performance is just another in a long line of impressive games from the quarterback this season. What was most impressive about his game in Week 9 though was that those five touchdown passes came without any turnovers.

Wilson now has 22 touchdown passes compared to just one interception on the season. He also had one carry for 21 yards. Russell Wilson now has another 203 yards and three touchdowns on the ground. It's hard to really find anything he's doing wrong this year.

Those numbers translate well for the Seahawks as well. Seattle is now 7-2 on the year, and in a strong spot to make a deep playoff push.

Meanwhile, Hollister had himself a solid game as well. The tight end had four receptions for 37 yards. Both of those were career-highs for the third-year pro. He also hauled in two touchdowns. Those were the first two of his career.

The Seahawks have been one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL all year long. They are 7-2 and recently acquired wide receiver Josh Gordon to make their passing attack that much better. At the same time, Wilson is proving yet again that he's one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and worthy of serious MVP consideration.

It looks like Seattle is still one of the standards of the NFL, thanks to Russell Wilson.
