There is a new rising beef in the UFC. Bantamweight fighter Sean O’Malley and Henry Dejudo are turning up the heat after their exchange at UFC 276. Things have only escalated since then, with a potential fight being put together in the process.

O’Malley sent off the first shot on Twitter, saying “Sept 10 too soon you fat ass or you all talk (Henry Cejudo). Can’t find his twitter, someone tag please.

That prompted a response from the UFC veteran.

“I’m eligible in October per USADA. Plus I have to lose some of this Mexican fat,” Cejudo tweeted.

Following UFC 276, Sean O’Malley was being interviewed after his no-contest against Pedro Munhoz. During the second round of the fight, O’Malley accidentally poked Munhoz in the eye. Doctors decided to call off the fight between rounds as the latter’s eye sight was severely affected.

The exchange during his post interview was both hilarious and stuff of legend. Cejudo interrupted O’Malley’s interview to challenge him.

“If you want a match, I’m right here. I’d love a tune up. What do you say precious,” Cejudo said. After O’Malley asked if he was serious and if he was good to go now, Cejudo went in deeper. “When would you want to bend the knee, at what time? Because I think you absolutely suck.”

Sean O’Malley has been looking for a marquis win in the UFC that validates his 15-1 record in UFC. That was supposed to be the Munhoz fight, but did not work out the way he had hoped. It sounds as though he might get his wish against the former Flyweight and Bantamweight champion.
