The Philadelphia 76ers lost to the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA Playoffs in what feels like an eternity ago. However, it really hasn't been that long and the jokes keep pouring in regarding Ben Simmons after his disastrous playoff performance. On Saturday at the ESPYS, the Sixers point guard (for now, at least) was absolutely roasted by Anthony Mackie.

Oof.

A hilarious jab at Simmons in front of a ton of people– too many to count. In all honesty, the Sixers guard played awful down the stretch, and opponents even resorted to the Hack-A-Ben technique, which worked rather well.

After the Sixers playoff run end, one which they had high hopes after finishing with the top record in the Eastern Conference, the hate came pouring out and fans burnt Simmons' jerseys and immediately talked about trade destinations for the young point guard.

On the other hand, Simmons was a Defensive Player of the Year finalist. Either way, Anthony Mackie is spot on, as Simmons shot historically– unbelievably bad– in the playoffs.

Yeah, this joke by Mackie is not too far off as Simmons missed a TON of free throws.

It will be a long offseason in Philadelphia, and surely this isn't the last time a Simmons free throw joke is made.
