Only four teams remain in the 2022 NBA Playoffs. Despite their season ending, Philadelphia 76ers veteran Danny Green is still very involved in the action of the postseason tournament. He recorded his latest “Inside the Green Room” podcast episode. In it, he discussed multiple things, including Patrick Beverley's nasty diss towards Chris Paul on ESPN Monday morning.

The Minnesota Timberwolves guard referred to Paul as a “cone” when describing his lack of mobility on defense. Green took the opportunity to throw the same shade back in Beverley's face.

NBC Sports Philadelphia tweeted the clip of the Sixers guard's clapback Wednesday afternoon.

“People target you too, Pat Bev. You ain't playing no f****** defense out there. You ain't stopping Luka. Time and time again I see Luka call your ass ‘little'…'He's too f******small' and go right at you every chance he got. When you play Luka, you're a cone, too.”

The Sixers veteran wasn't having it, and he wasn't holding back. To be fair, why would he?

Patrick Beverley has spent so much of his time this offseason bashing other players that are still working towards the 2022 NBA Title. Meanwhile, his team didn't make it past the first round. This isn't saying that Beverley's points aren't valid. But, he should make sure his hands are clean before he goes pointing at other players.

The full episode of “Inside the Green Room,” featuring Green's diss at Beverley, airs Saturday night on NBC Sports Philadelphia.
