The Philadelphia 76ers are going to look a bit different around Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid this season, something that Daryl Morey is proud of. With Morey entering his first year with the Sixers, Philadelphia's new general manager is anxious to see the lineup he created in action.

Philly is entering a new regime under Morey, also hiring Doc Rivers as their head coach. From the moment the offseason began, Morey stayed true to his aggressive ways that allowed him to build the contending roster he put together with the Houston Rockets in his previous stay.

Philadelphia began the offseason by including themselves in the trade that sent Dennis Schroder to the Los Angeles Lakers. After Danny Green was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder, the 76ers acquired the veteran shooting guard in a trade, ridding themselves of the expensive contract of Al Horford.

Besides Green, Philadelphia would also trade Josh Richardson to the Dallas Mavericks in exchange for Seth Curry, giving them more shooting around their star players. So as of this moment, the Sixers will be fielding a starting lineup of Simmons, Curry, Green, Tobias Harris, and Embiid.

Fans in Philadelphia have been calling for Simmons to develop a three-point shot and the front office to surround him with more shooters. It's safe to say that Morey has done just that by adding Curry and Green into the rotation.

Curry, similar to his brother, has been one of the most efficient three-point shooters in NBA history. And while Green struggled with the Lakers last season, he gives the 76ers a much-needed wing player that can play defense and hit shots from downtown at an effective clip.
