The Pittsburgh Steelers looked to improve their playoff position when they hosted the Green Bay Packers in Week 10. In the process, the Steelers saw TJ Watt surpass his brother JJ Watt in NFL sack history.

Watt took down Packers quarterback Jordan Love for a sack before halftime. It marked the 88th sack of his career. TJ surpasses JJ – who had 87.5 – for the second-most sacks in NFL history in a player's first 100 games, Pittsburgh's X account noted. TJ Watt is behind just Reggie White – who had 105 – for most sacks through the first 100 games.

With Watt playing his 96th gam in Week 10, it would take a truly other-worldly effort to catch White. However, it's clear just how impressive the linebacker has been to begin his NFL career. Against the Packers, Watt led the team with five tackles and two quarterback hits on top of his sack. Pittsburgh held a 17-13 lead heading into halftime.

JJ Watt was the talk of the town during his time with the Houston Texans. He earned four straight All-Pro and Pro Bowl nominations from 2012-2015 before picking up the pair of accolades once more in 2018. He won Defensive Player of the Year three times and ended his career with 114.5 sacks.

TJ is doing his best to emulate, if not overtake his brother's impressive output. Watt already has five Pro Bowl appearances and three All-Pro nominations to his name. He has won Defensive Player of the Year and already has 88 sacks to his name.

While the Watts can argue about whose career is better, the Steelers can just be happy they found a defensive star in TJ Watt.
