Stephen Curry entered the NBA in 2009 as the seventh overall pick of his draft. Since then, he's won three championships, two MVP awards, and established himself as the greatest shooter in NBA history.

Curry has career NBA averages of 23.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 6.6 assists. His second MVP award in 2015-16 was in unanimous fashion. He also guided the Warriors to an NBA record 73 wins that year.

While Stephen Curry is no doubt a once in a lifetime player, he wouldn't have had all the success he's enjoyed in the NBA without playing with great teammates.

With that being said, for this piece, we'll be listing the best players at each position that Curry has played with during his time on the Warriors.

PG: Monta Ellis

Ellis and Curry were teammates for two and a half seasons before the Warriors traded Monta to the Milwaukee Bucks in March of 2012.

Ellis finished his Warriors career with averages of 19.6 points in 413 games. He was the electric scorer that got the Oracle Arena crowd on its feet before Stephen Curry became the superstar he is now.

SG: Klay Thompson

Klay and Steph are the greatest shooting backcourt in NBA history. They have won three titles together and will shoot for more once sports are resumed.

Thompson has career averages of 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists. The Warriors want to make sure both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson retire with them and never play for another team.

SF: Kevin Durant

Durant and Curry destroyed the NBA together in the three years they were teammates. The Warriors won two championships with the two MVPs leading the way. They probably would have won their third straight in 2019 if Durant didn't tear his Achilles.

KD won two Finals MVPs with the Warriors. A lot of credit has to go to Stephen Curry for making Durant's transition from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Warriors appear seamless.

PF: Draymond Green

The Warriors drafted Green in 2013 and have watched him turn into the heart and soul of the team.

Stephen Curry is obviously the best player on Golden State now that Durant is gone. However, a case can be made that Green is the most important piece to the puzzle.

Draymond has career averages of 9.0 points, 6.9 rebounds and 5.0 assists with the Warriors. He's a three-time All-Star, three-time champion and one-time Defensive Player of the Year.

C: DeMarcus Cousins

Cousins and Curry were teammates for only one season. Talent-wise, he's the best center Steph has played with in the NBA. It's unfortunate that Boogie has dealt with a plethora of injuries since the 2017-18 season, starting with his Achilles tear.

DeMarcus averaged 16.3 points and 8.2 rebounds in 30 games for the Warriors during the 2018-19 season.
