Stephen Curry has once again outdone himself — finally eclipsing his own record mark and netting 13 three-pointers en route to a 116-106 win over the still winless New Orleans Pelicans.

The Golden State Warriors sharpshooter achieved what many thought was just a matter of time — but it was the way in which he did it that left mouths agape throughout Oracle Arena on Monday night.

Curry was coming off perhaps the worst outing of his career against the Los Angeles Lakers on Friday, going a dismal 5-of-17 shooting, including an uncharacteristic 0-of-10 from three — snapping his all-time record 157-game streak with a made three-point field goal.

The reigning MVP bounced back on Monday, pouring in 46 points on 16-of-26 shooting, including an incandescent 13-of-17 from the three-point line, securing his place in the history books.

Curry nailed his record-breaking 13th three with 2:24 left in the fourth quarter, rising over the outstretched arms of Solomon Hill and E'Twaun Moore, connecting off the back of the rim to the roar of the crowd.

The Warriors point guard had tied the former all-time record of 12 last season against the Oklahoma City Thunder, in what's perhaps one of the most iconic moments of his career as he let go of a 32-foot jump shot to beat the buzzer and secure Golden State's 121-118 win.

The prior record of 12 threes made in a game was first held by Kobe Bryant (2003) and then tied by Donyell Marshall (2005) before Curry added his name to the mark early in 2016.

What's perhaps the most mind-blowing event is what has really made Curry's all-time feat so impressive. He went from a game where every ball he shot resulted in a brick, to a game where every shot from distance found its way in — two complete opposites of the spectrum separated by one game.

Here's a look at every trey he made during Monday's game.
