For those (like me) who fully intended to watch Caitlin Clark's WNBA debut with the Indiana Fever, only to get a sports news alert on Tuesday night after the game ended with her stat line (leading to the inevitable “oh @#$*! I missed it?!” reaction), don't let this happen again. The forgetfulness, FOMO, and expletive unleashing could all be mitigated with the help of an affordable streaming service called Frndly TV.

The streamer markets itself as “the most affordable live TV streaming service in America” (starting at only $6.99 a month) and will be showcasing the marquee WNBA games this season from across the league, which is sure to include Caitlin Clark on a number of occasions.

It was not a flawless debut for Clark — she had 10 turnovers and the Fever lost to the Connecticut Sun, 92-71. And while Clark probably feels the same way about those turnovers as Frndly TV feels about vowels in its name, she did show flashes of the greatness that made her an instant NCAA Women's basketball legend at Iowa.

Clark hit four three pointers, had three assists and two steals, although she shot just 33% from the field.

All in all, she looked like a rookie — though an incredibly promising one — and one you're going to want to keep tabs on throughout the season. But for those whose available bandwidth to keep track of more streaming plans is currently at capacity (hence forgetting to watch the WNBA debut of a generational talent), adding a service like Frndly TV actually could help cut down on the brain clutter.

That's because the service offers 40+ top-rated live TV networks including A+E®, Hallmark Channel, The History Channel™, INSP, Lifetime®, Hallmark Movie & Mysteries, MeTV+, Game Show Network, GAC Family, and others.

There's also access to a wide range of on-demand content, including full libraries from Dove Channel and Curiosity Stream, at no extra cost for customers.

The WNBA games can be found on ION on Friday nights. The first game on the schedule will be May 24 when Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever head to Los Angeles to take on the Sparks. You can bet number one overall draft pick Clark heading to Hollywood is going to be a big deal, and I for one do not want to miss another historic Clark game.

As her new viral Gatorade commercial poetically tells us (with the apropos Gatorade lightning bolt logo over her name) “Caitlin is just getting started.” Whether that means in her basketball career, or as an advertising/celebrity force (or more likely still, in both realms) remains to be seen, but best not to take the chance on missing out on any or all of the above by getting yourself a good Caitlin Clark streaming plan as soon as possible.

Ironically, what Caitlin Clark is going to do to her opponents on the court this season may be anything but friendly, but nevertheless, Frndly TV might just be the best way to watch this bona fide legend in the making in her inaugural WNBA season with the Indiana Fever.
