After fighting on the court, Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns and Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid continued their feud off the court.

This time, the two big men took it to social media to throw jabs at each other following their brawl that led to their ejection.

Embiid started it first, describing the Timberwolves youngster a “cat” — an obvious play to Town's KAT nickname. JoJo also called out Town's parents for allegedly giving him the “middle finger left and right” as he walks off the court following the ejection.

It didn't take long for Towns to respond though, as he suggested that Embiid is a clown. He also trolled the Cameroonian big man for saying he was “raised around lions.”

Towns, clearly, lost the game as he ended up with just 13 points, six rebounds and one assists. Minnesota also lost by 22 points to the Sixers, giving Embiid the last laugh.

However, it certainly won't be the end of their feud. Fans have to wait until next year before the two face each other again though, as their second and final meeting for the 2019-20 season is schedule on March 24.

For now, it's worth monitoring their Twitter feeds and watch if they'll be throwing social media haymakers anytime soon.
