Minnesota Timberwolves big man Karl-Anthony Towns is one the most versatile big men in the game today. His handles were on full display after he put Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic on skates in the third quarter of their match-up on Tuesday night. Jokic looked stunned after KAT broke out the nasty between-the-legs step-back before splashing the net with a smooth mid-range jumper.

Towns must be taking notes from James Harden, huh?

Despite getting embarrassed on the play, Jokic and the Nuggets still laughed loudest on Tuesday night. Denver blew out Minnesota at home, 133-107.

Towns returned from a one-game absence after injuring his knee in the closing seconds of their game against the Washington Wizards on Saturday. Fortunately, the injury wasn't as serious as it first appeared to be and the two-time All-Star was able to return after sitting out just one contest.

The knee issue didn't seem to bother Towns at all as he was his usual magnificent self in their 26-point loss to the Nuggets. The former no. 1 overall pick led the short-handed Timberwolves with 34 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks. He also shot 14-of-25 from the field and made all of his four shots from the charity stripe.

Big stat lines have been the norm for Towns ever since he was involved in a life-threatening car accident a little less than a month ago. In eight games since returning from the incident, KAT has been averaging an insane 35.0 points, 13.6 rebounds, 3.4 assists, and 1.4 blocks, while shooting 59.2 percent from the field, and 47.2 percent from beyond the arc.
