The Tennesse Titans are heading into their second season under Mike Vrabel. In the Titans' first training camp practice, Derrick Henry left the practice with a leg injury.

While talking to reporters on Sunday, Mike Vrabel said Derrick Henry has a lower leg injury and has been given no timetable to return to action. According to Ian Rapoport, the injury isn't serious and the team isn't worried about it.

On Friday, Henry was spotted wearing a walking boot on his leg. For now, Henry will miss some practices but there is no need to rush him back.

Although, the Titans lack talent behind Henry with only Dion Lewis and David Fluellen having much experience. Vrabel knows that Tennessee will need its leading rusher from 2018 for the offense to have a chance to succeed.

There was a changing of the guard for the Titans toward Henry as the team's featured running back. In his third season in the NFL in 2018, Henry rushed for over 1,000 yards for the first time in his career.

Along with his first 1,000-yard season, Henry also added 12 touchdowns on the ground. With the duo of Henry and Lewis alongside Marcus Mariota, the Titans ranked seventh in the NFL in rushing offense.

After adding Rodger Saffold this offseason to an already impressive offensive line, there are high expectations for the rushing attack in 2019. An early injury to Henry has caused some fans to become concerned. Despite Vrabel reiterating there is no timetable for a return, Henry's injury isn't expected to be anything serious.
