The current situation we are in has led to a lot of people having to quarantine. That rings especially true for the elderly. Quarantine can get old very quickly though. However, for one Tennessee Titans fan, head coach Mike Vrabel helped make the quarantine a little bit more exciting.

Vrabel called 87-year-old Ron Kegarise, a Titans fan, just to keep things a little fresh.

As the tweet says, Kegarise is an Ohio State football alum and a Titans fan. He also lost his wife in the fall.

Quarantine already isn't exactly fun for anyone. So you could imagine Kegarise is not having a great time. Vrabel definitely seemed to brighten his day though.

And as you've all probably heard 1,000 times by now, that's exactly what we need right now. These kinds of stories are great. People helping people get through these difficult and strange times.

Kegarise seemed to thoroughly enjoy the conversation. And on Vrabel's part, so did he.

The two talked about meeting their wives at Ohio State, and Vrabel gave him a rundown of how the offseason is going for the Titans.

Kegarise also had some high praise for Vrabel. He seemed really pleased with how the young coach leads the team by example.

He also ended the call by giving Vrabel some draft advice: “don't overlook J.K. Dobbins”. Dobbins, of course, was an absolute star at Ohio State as a running back, and Kegarise clearly wants the College connection to keep going.

Vrabel ended the call by extending an invitation to Kegarise to come down for OTAs when all of this blows over.

And that is the kind of content we can all love during these times. Shoutout to Vrabel for this moment, and shoutout to Kegarise for seeming like an incredibly upbeat person during this tough situation.
