One of Twitch.tv's most well-known streamers, Imane “Pokimane” Anys, recently announced the launch of a new talent management and brand consulting firm called RTS. According to Pokimane, RTS aims to “fix what is broken” about the streaming and esports industry, with a focus on helping “creators, brands, and publishers make a long-term impact across the gaming industry.”

If there's anyone who knows the gaming creator scene inside-out, it's Pokimane. With over 30 million followers across all of her socials, Pokimane rose to fame as a Twitch streamer, known for her Valorant, League of Legends, Among Us, and Fortnite streams with her group of streamer friends. She is also a co-founder of OfflineTV, a Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, and creator of the UCI esports scholarship.

Pokimane's RTS Mission

RTS hopes to help out small-time streamers and content creators build a “stable business” that can survive the ever-growing competition in the gaming content space. Pokimane's vision for RTS sees the startup helping out small-time creators avoid the pitfalls she and many others like her faced when starting out.

Pokimane expressed dismay at seeing a multitude of talented content creators who “don’t have the support to grow their brand and business operations.” Pokimane said, “My goal is to take my years of experience and make it accessible to newer creators so they don’t need to go through the process I have endured.”

The RTS Team

Joining Pokimane on the RTS team is a diverse and experienced team of industry veterans, all leaders in the gaming, esports, and streaming space. RTS is led by Chief Executive Officer Stuart Saw, formerly from Twitch and Endeavor, along with Chief Operations Officer Kim Phan, formerly from Blizzard and Endeavor. Pokimane serves as Chief Creative Officer, and is joined by VP of Talent Management Sue Lee, formerly from Twitch, and VP of Sales and Partnerships Jason Scorrano formerly from PAX and Turner Sports.

RTS also has an advisory board that includes co-founder and former COO of Twitch Kevin Lin, PUBG Corporations Head of Americas Brian Corrigan, and Executive VP of Endeavor Karen Brodkin.

First Steps

It didn't take long after the announcement for RTS to confirm that it will be working alongside Epic Games and Facebook Gaming in some capacity. RTS also didn't waste any time announcing that it will be buying and managing EVO, the largest fighting game tournament in the world, along with tech giant Sony.
