UFC 303 already took a massive hit yesterday when the UFC 303 press conference was canceled the morning of the event. However, Conor McGregor revealed that he had to cancel the event “due to a series of obstacles outside our control” and that he looks forward to putting on a show for the fans at UFC 303 at International Fight Week. It seemed like everything was good to go until today when it was revealed that the pre-order for the UFC 303 PPV on ESPN+ has been mysteriously been taken down.

Also, if you were to look up the UFC event schedule for June 29th, there is nothing there.

There has been a ton of speculations on the side of Conor McGregor whether or not he will be ready to fight in three weeks. In a post from Conor McGregor over the weekend, he was shown getting some type of procedure done on his shoulder and there could be a potential injury that might have him sidelined for the biggest event of the summer.

UFC 303 is just three weeks away and UFC fans have already booked their flights and expensive tickets for this event, if McGregor pulls out of this event this could be one of the biggest blunders in UFC history.

There is still hope the fight will happen, but the UFC is looking for backup plans

Everyone is still holding out hope that Conor McGregor can still make it to the Octagon. He has yet to ever pull out of a fight and this will be the first time ever he's had to withdraw from a fight so we'll have to give him the benefit of the doubt until we are told otherwise.

However, MMA reporter Ariel Helwani gave an update on X formerly known as Twitter regarding the status of Conor McGregor and UFC 303.

The UFC putting out ‘feelers' looking for a replacement for Michael Chandler or a brand new matchup for the main event at UFC 303 at International Fight Week isn't a great sign just three weeks away from the event. It seems to be that there is some truth behind these injury rumors. Unfortunately, this is just a wait and see type of approach, and knowing Dana White and the UFC they will come up with something to make up for it. So stay tuned as more unfolds from this UFC 303 and Conor McGregor saga.
