The LA Clippers continue their impressive run in the second half of the season, earning yet another victory against the Brooklyn Nets behind a spectacular game-winning 3-pointer by Lou Williams.

The game appeared to be headed into overtime after the Nets used a 10-0 run in the final minute of play to tie the game 116-all. However, with two seconds left on the clock, that was when Williams decided to pull up a deep 3 from way beyond the arc — hitting nothing but net to give the Clippers the victory.

Lou Williams finished with 25 points, six rebounds and two assists off the bench.

The Clippers, who have won eight of their last 10 games, improve to 41-30 for the season. Now up seven games over the ninth-seeded Sacramaneto Kings, the LA-based squad will most likely lock up the eighth and final seed in the Western Conference.

Montrezl Harrell, who also came off the bench, added 20 points and 10 rebounds for the Clippers.

The Nets, on the other hand, continue to slide down in the Eastern Conference standings despite D'Angelo Russell's 32 points and 10 assists.

Brooklyn falls to 36-36 and have now slipped to the seventh seed in the standings.

Still, the Nets put up a valiant effort against the Clippers. Unfortunately, they were unable to stop Williams, who's known to be a deadly spot-up shooter when the game mattered the most.
