The Minnesota Vikings were one of the NFL teams who were hit hard by COVID-19 as they had an outbreak among their quarterbacks. Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer is already tired of having to deal with the situation, and it doesn't help that some of his players are unvaccinated.
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network spoke on the situation regarding the Vikings, and Zimmer is not happy about it– and is not holding back whatsoever.

So, Cousins was a high-risk close contact, and because of the new rules the NFL put in place, he had to head to the COVID-19 reserve list.

The situation among the Vikings is just one of many that are bound to happen eventually across the NFL, and hopefully there isn't a situation like the Denver Broncos had last season. The Broncos, of course, had to have a practice squad wide receiver play at quarterback after their entire position group was on the COVID-19 list.
So yes, Zimmer is not happy about the unvaccinated players, and perhaps the Vikings players will get vaccinated after this, although nobody has any idea what is going to happen.
