The Minnesota Vikings and Cleveland Browns have reportedly had preliminary discussions about a trade involving Odell Beckham Jr., according to Marc Malusis of WFAN660.
According to Malusis, the Vikings would send a second round pick and a fifth round pick next year in return for Beckham.
So, as I reported this morning on @MandMWFAN, Source has told me that the Browns and Vikings are in discussions on a trade that would send @obj to the Vikings for a 2nd and 5th round pick next year. Trade is not done, but the deal is being discussed.

The Browns had acquired Beckham from the Giants in March of 2019, and if he were to be shipped out, it would be a short run for his time in Cleveland.
Article Continues BelowWith the Browns during the 2019 season, he caught 74 passes for 1,035 yards and four touchdowns. Even though he had a lot of success on the field, the headlines were still about his antics. After the LSU Tigers' national championship game, Beckham was seen handing out cash to players and was accused of spanking a cop.
For the Vikings, they need some wide receiver help, but going after Beckham seems a bit odd. The Vikings traded away Stefon Diggs to the Buffalo Bills, with inside the organization reportedly tired of his antics. Maybe Beckham Jr. has changed his ways and just wants to focus on football, but there will probably at least be some sort of baggage that comes with him.
And perhaps the Vikings have decided the antics that come with him is worth it because of what he can do on the field. Beckham lining out wide with Adam Thielen would be an elite combination, especially with the way Kirk Cousins can hit the deep ball.
This is a rumor to keep a very close eye on, and it's one that could shake up the NFC North if the Vikings were to actually land Beckham.
