Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green received his fourth technical foul in the playoffs. According to the rules, a player will be automatically suspended for one game once he reaches seven technicals.

Green's status will be critical as the Warriors go deep into the playoffs. As a critical component of the team's dynasty, a game without Green could equate to a Warriors loss.

Just look back on their 2016 NBA Finals series against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Draymond Green, having accumulated his fourth flagrant foul point in the playoffs, was suspended for Game 5. The Cavs went on to win that game to bring the series to 3-2. Analysts believe that had Green played, then the Warriors would've ultimately won the series.

Though Green has likely learned from his mistakes, he should still be careful in the next games. It's been proven that without him, the Warriors are a totally different team. Not only does he provide elite defense, but he's also the vocal leader of the squad which impacts both the offense and defense.

There's a strong feeling among NBA fans that the Warriors are about to break up after this season — thus ending their dynasty. Adding another ring to their campaign would be the perfect ending to their reign. And Green will form a critical part of it…if he manages to control his temper.
