After two eventful seasons with the Golden State Warriors, forward-center Jordan Bell decided to start a new journey. He signed a one-year, 1.6 million-dollar contract with the Minnesota Timberwolves. Bell expressed his gratitude to the Warriors through a heartfelt Instagram montage, accompanied by a touching caption:

“My time with the Golden State Warriors was probably one of the biggest chapters of my life thus far. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity I had to be apart of this organization. I couldn’t have asked for a better team (teammates, front office, and everyone in between). Thank you! To the YAY AREA, thank you for showing me nothing but love during my time in the Bay. As I begin my new chapter, I will never forget my time here. Thank you Dubnation!”

The University of Oregon product was a fan favorite with the Warriors, and his energy and athleticism enthralled Oracle Arena. Bell averaged 3.9 points and 3.1 rebounds in his two seasons in Oakland and was able to help the team capture a championship in 2018.

Now, Jordan Bell looks forward to taking on a larger role in Minnesota. While he will still be behind Karl-Anthony Towns on the depth chart, he will more than likely get an increase from the 11 minutes he played per game last season.

Jordan Bell has already accomplished more than some NBA players ever do, and his career is still young. Here's hoping he succeeds with the Timberwolves.
