Golden State Warriors guard Klay Thompson has become one of the best guards in the league through his first six years in the league.

In that time, Thompson has also made public his strong affinity for dogs. He put that on display once again as he played one-on-one with a dog at the Los Angeles Lakers' new practice facility on Wednesday afternoon.

Although it's not his English bulldog Rocco, it shows Thompson's strong connection with dogs. He has continually posted photos on Instagram of his dog on various occasions and has even spoken about him in several different interviews.

There was also a video piece done by CSN Bay Area about the day in the life of Thompson and Rocco. Thompson had even met with a guide dog puppy last year that was named after him.

What also may come of this is that the All-Star guard is practicing at the Los Angeles Lakers' practice facility. This could draw some to conclude that there is a potential connection to him possibly having interest in joining Los Angeles. However, it is quite the norm in the offseason for players to use other team's practice facilities to either work out or play pick-up games.
