The Golden State Warriors are in win-now mode as Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and  Klay Thompson, who's nearing his return from his injury that resulted in a 2-year absence, are not getting any younger.

The Warriors revamped their squad this offseason after missing last season's Playoffs. They drafted Jonathan Kuminga and Arkansas star Moses Moody in the first round of the NBA Draft as these youngsters seem ready to fit for their system and are ready to contribute and be a part of a contending team's rotation.

The pressure will be at an all-time high for the rookies as the Warriors will have little to no room for error since they will be looking to win their first NBA title at their new arena.

In an interview with ESPN, Moody seemed unfazed by the pressure and appear to be excited to be part of a winning squad with the Dubs:

So to actually be a part of it, to be part of this environment is something special. I feel like pressure is just motivation to perform, That's just more motivation for me to get in the gym and working on perfecting the small details that I have to be perfect on to really get on the floor, because I probably won't have that much leeway being a young guy. I gotta really come out and make an effect, make a difference in the game in a short period of time.

The Dubs boast one of the most successful youth development systems in the league since their stars are mostly homegrown with Green, Curry, and Thompson as prime examples.

It will be interesting to see how Curry, Thompson, Green, and the return of  Andre Iguodala will impact Moody and Kuminga's development moving forward.
