The Golden State Warriorsodds of beating the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2018 NBA Finals are just a little lower than the chances of any disinfectant to kill germs.

Right after the Warriors took down the Houston Rockets in the Western Conference finals that took seven games to finish, oddsmakers over at Vegas Insider released the betting figures for both the Cavs and the Warriors to win it all this June.

Unsurprisingly, the star-laden Warriors are the heavy favorites to have another downtown parade, as they get odds of 1/10 (-1,000 on moneyline odds). In other words, the Warriors are given a 90.9 percent chance to take down LeBron James and company. The Cavs, on the other hand, were tagged with a price of 6/1 (+600) to reclaim the title they lost to Golden State a year ago.

Golden State has been the heavy favorite to bag a Larry O’Brien Trophy all season long. In fact, the Warriors were priced at around -187  to win over at 5Dimes prior to the 2017-18 campaign. Those odds would even shorten to -182 back in March, showing just how strong the Warriors are in the eyes of the betting public.

Game 1 of the 2018 NBA Finals will be held at Oracle Arena this Thursday.
