Golden State Warriors hotshot guard Stephen Curry is arguably the greatest shooter in the history of the NBA. While that doesn’t make him anything more than a human, sometimes he makes it look as though he’s some mythic creature whose accuracy from beyond the arc is a product of a lab experiment.

In a Monday showdown against the Phoenix Suns, the two-time league MVP showed why he’s the deadliest shooter today just when some people were beginning to think that it was simply not his night. After missing his first five attempts from downtown, Curry caught fire and drilled six 3-points the rest of the way, as pointed out by Reddit user togavirus.

Curry finished the game with a game-high total of 29 points on 11-for-18 shooting from the floor. He ended the night with a fantastic 6-for-13 shooting line from behind the arc to lead the Warriors to a dominant 123-103.

Curry has been shooting the lights out in the NBA for several years now. Even if he went 0-for-20 in his first 20 3-point attempts, he only needs to rattle just one to get hot, a lesson that the Suns learned tonight.

Steph Curry and the Warriors will look to go on a win streak this Wednesday when they host the Washington Wizards.
